扫路车组成主要包括:车辆底盘，扫路边刷，扫路主刷，垃圾储存箱，过滤网，内部驱动装置等。内部加装有副发动机，风扇等多个装置，主要外部工作部位有边刷和主刷。

A road sweeper mainly consists of a vehicle chassis, side brushes, a main brush, a garbage storage tank, a filter screen, and an internal drive system. It is equipped with an auxiliary engine, a fan and other components, with the side brushes and main brush as the main external working parts.

主要工作方法为： 

    一、边刷将角落的垃圾由外向内，集中扫向主刷能清扫到的范围；

    二、主刷(即滚刷)将垃圾，石块等卷起后吸入到垃圾存储箱； 

    三、过滤系统再将灰尘过滤，以防止排出的气体污染环境和影响操作人员身体的健康。 吸力系统：吸尘过滤系统，副发动机驱动。

Operating Principle:

吸力系统包括大功率的风扇，能将垃圾完全吸进到外壳过滤容尘器中。这种外壳过滤容尘器不需要经常更换或维修。工作时持续不断地摇摆和震动，能使机器尽管长时间在工作，但不会发生堵塞等现象 。

The suction and filtration system is driven by the auxiliary engine.It includes a high-power fan that fully sucks garbage into the casing filter dust collector. This unit does not require frequent replacement or maintenance. During operation, it continuously sways and vibrates, preventing clogging even during long working hours.

动力系统主要为柴油机或汽油。一般来说，东风金霸，多利卡系列扫路车都是柴油机驱动，在动力上和燃料更换上都有优势。一般扫路车扫路的垃圾可谓石块等大物体。直径可谓8cm以内。对路面的平整度也有很大的实用性，所以对扫路车的选择越来越多。

The power system mainly uses diesel or gasoline engines. Generally, Dongfeng Jinba and Duolika series road sweepers are diesel-driven, offering advantages in power performance and fuel refueling.They can handle large debris such as stones up to 8 cm in diameter and adapt well to different road surface conditions, which is why road sweepers are increasingly preferred.
